When I began my fitness journey I was focused on being skinnier, and I was extremely insecure. As I started lifting weights I got stronger, my focus shifted, and I found confidence I had never experienced. I am a coach so that I can help others find that confidence and strength so that their fitness is about becoming more instead of less. I've been a personal trainer since 2013, and am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
