Class Name: Mom Strong
Scheduled Time: Wednesday's at 10AM
Mom Strong is a special place for you, moms, to have the freedom to bring your child with you in a stroller or car seat while you workout. You will be surrounded by other moms and can step away during workouts to replace a pacifier or to hand your little one a snack.
Your workouts will revolve around building full body strength so that you walk out with more energy and confidence. Classes will include strength training, interval circuits, and focused attention to building your core.
Be ready to be challenged and pushed toward new levels of strength in a safe and encouraging environment.
