This program is a 12-week exercise program that focusing on building lean mass while losing body fat. The program is designed around major compound lifts, as well as essential bodybuilding movements. In this program you will learn how to train each specific body part appropriately for lean mass gains. This intense program focuses on high volume workouts. Each major body part will be trained for a specific week. In this program you will reach a level of intensity like never before, maximizing muscle growth for a specific area. There will be supersets, giant sets, drop sets, rack runs, pyramids, MTUT (managing time under tensions), drop 6, and rest-pause reps.
