Uplift offers a variety of group training classes. You can either join for a monthly fee which gives you unlimited access to as many classes as you like during the course of the month, or, you can pay "by the class" as you go.

Class Name: STRENGTH AND RESTORATION

Strength and restoration is a class that will increase your strength and restore your overall muscle growth. This workout is based around more Olympic lifts and heavier weight training. This class is for both men and women to keep both bone and muscle strong. Let see how strong we can get together.

Class Name: HIIT BACK

HIIT back is a circuit style of training that is designed to reach a fat burning state faster. The workouts are a mix of functional strength exercises with cardio based exercises with out using a cardio machine. The goal, keep moving to push yourself to physical and mental limits. Come see how far you can push yourself with the motivation of our fellow UpLifters and coaches.

Class Name: BOOTY BURN

So you want a round, strong, firm peach? Unsure how to get the booty you’ve always dreamed of? Booty burn is designed to lift and sculpt the glutes by focusing on exercises that target your glutes and hamstrings. By mixing strength training with plyometrics, you’ll be sure to have that perfect peach in no time.
