Class Name: NuFit
Scheduled Time: Several Classes, Check Schedule
NuFit is a Small Group Training Class. Our goals are to have intense workouts that help us reach our fitness goals. This class focuses on Group Accountability, Nutrition Coaching, and
specially designed aerobic and anarobic training for best results. We are offering three to four classes a day starting in late October 2018. This class is scheduled to run for two months.
This class includes:
> 3 training days per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (AM & PM times available)
> 45 minute sessions
> 2 - 1 on 1 biometric assessments, goal setting and nutrition programming
> Access to private FB group for accountability, recipes, bonus workouts and nutrition tips
> Weekly weigh-ins
> Classes structured to build strength and maximize metabolism
Class Times: 6:30AM and 7:15AM, 5:30PM and6:30PM
