Workouts, Athletes, Fitness

Coming from a sports background my life has naturally been all about fitness and transforming my body for performance. Originally from Louisville, I was active at a very early age and found sports to be my passion. From 2009-2013 I went to Saint Xavier High School where I played both quarterback on the football team and second base on the baseball team. After four great years as a Tiger, I found myself playing quarterback for Morehead State and graduating with a degree in Exercise Science in May of 2017. Not only was I learning a lot about fitness and living healthy lifestyles in the classroom, but I was also educated by Matt Rhodes (Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Morehead State) outside the classroom. Coach Rhodes was a huge mentor of mine and I even decided to do an internship with him where I had the opportunity to pick his brain about athletic performance, leadership, nutrition, accountability, and numerous other topics related to fitness.

At an early age I've found fitness and staying active is a huge part of not only success on the field, but in daily living activities as well. Now that I am back in Louisville as an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, my mission is to help people reach fitness goals and to get the best out of people even when they struggle to find it themselves!
